    Microsoft Roblox Not Working

I'm having a problem with the Microsoft App Roblox. It is continuing to stay on the roblox loading screen and trust me when I say I have tried everything to get it to work. But I found out many other people are having the same problem as me with the loading on pcs. It is working on all of my other devices. And I have tried resetting it. But I think the problem is with the new Roblox update. Something went wrong and pc owners cant play the app. I can't play the website app because my pc is a touchscreen and I have a hard time using my keyboard.

    :)

  2. How do I fix my Roblox Freezing?

    Hi, JaylahCM

    Welcome to the MicroSoft Community.

Here are some possible solutions to fix Roblox freezing on your new monitor and PC:

    1. Update your graphics drivers: Outdated graphics drivers can cause games to freeze. To update your graphics drivers, go to the website of your graphics card manufacturer (NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel) and download the latest drivers for your model.

    2. Change your Roblox graphics settings: Try lowering your graphics settings in Roblox. This can help to improve performance and reduce the likelihood of freezing.

    3. Disable Fullscreen optimizations: Fullscreen optimizations can sometimes cause games to freeze. To disable Fullscreen optimizations for Roblox, follow these steps:

    • Right-click on the Roblox shortcut on your desktop.
    • Select “Properties”.
    • Click on the “Compatibility” tab.
    • Check the box next to “Disable Fullscreen optimizations”.
    • Click “Apply” and then “OK”.

    4. Verify the integrity of your Roblox game files: Corrupted game files can cause Roblox to freeze. To verify the integrity of your Roblox game files, follow these steps:

    • Open the Roblox launcher.
    • Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner.
    • Select “Settings”.
    • Click on the “Verify Files” button.

    5. Reinstall Roblox: If none of the above solutions work, you can try reinstalling Roblox. To do this, follow these steps:

    • Uninstall Roblox from your computer.
    • Download the latest version of Roblox from the Roblox website.
    • Install Roblox and try playing the game again.

If you’re still having problems with Roblox freezing, you may need to contact Roblox support for further assistance.

  3. How do I change the movement settings on Roblox

    Hello, Desmond Bink

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

To change the movement settings in Roblox, you can try the following steps:

    1. Check the Roblox settings: Open Roblox and click on the gear icon in the top-right corner to access the settings. Make sure you are in the "Controls" tab and not the "Mobile" tab. The "Controls" tab should have options for keyboard and mouse controls.
    2. Reset the Roblox controls: In the Roblox settings, scroll down to the bottom and click on the "Reset All" button. This will reset all your controls to their default settings, which should include keyboard and mouse controls.
If these steps do not work, it is recommended to contact Roblox support for further assistance. They can provide more specific troubleshooting steps or investigate if there is a bug or issue with your account.

  4. Microsoft Roblox Not Working

    Microsoft store Roblox mouse glitch

    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

The mouse lag issue you're experiencing with Roblox on your Windows gaming laptop can be caused by various factors. Here are some steps to help you troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:

    1. Update Graphics Drivers:
      • Outdated or incompatible graphics drivers can lead to performance issues. Visit the website of your laptop's GPU manufacturer (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD, Intel) and download the latest drivers. Install them and restart your laptop.
    2. Update Roblox:
      • Ensure you have the latest version of Roblox installed from the Microsoft Store. Sometimes, updating the game can resolve performance issues.
    3. Adjust Roblox Settings:
      • Within the Roblox game, adjust the graphics settings to lower levels. Lowering settings like graphics quality, texture quality, and rendering distance can improve performance.
    4. Check Mouse Settings:
      • Ensure your mouse settings are configured correctly in Windows. Go to "Settings" > "Devices" > "Mouse" and check the mouse sensitivity and other settings.
    5. Check for Background Processes:
      • Make sure there are no background processes or applications consuming too much CPU or memory while playing Roblox. Use Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) to monitor and close unnecessary processes.
    6. Disable V-Sync:
      • In some cases, disabling V-Sync (vertical sync) within the Roblox settings can improve mouse responsiveness. Experiment with turning V-Sync on and off to see if it makes a difference.
    7. Check for System Resource Issues:
      • Ensure your laptop is not overheating, as overheating can lead to performance problems. Clean the laptop's cooling system and make sure it's running efficiently.
    8. Try a Different Mouse:
      • Test the game with a different external mouse to rule out any hardware-related issues with your current mouse.
    9. Check for Other Software Conflicts:
      • Some third-party software or utilities running in the background can interfere with game performance. Try closing background applications one by one to identify any conflicts.
    10. Reinstall Roblox:
      • If the issue persists, you may want to uninstall Roblox from the Microsoft Store and then reinstall it. This can sometimes resolve software-related problems.
Remember to test your mouse with other applications to ensure that the issue is specific to Roblox and not a general problem with your mouse or system. Additionally, keep your operating system and all drivers up to date to ensure optimal compatibility with games and software.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further updates. Thanks.
