Windows 10: Microsoft Safety Scanner Discrepenacy

Hi there,Was hoping someone would be able to help, recently downloaded and used Microsoft Safety Scanner, while scanning it found infected files See screenshot below, however when it finished it said no unwanted viruses, spyware etc was detected Also See screenshot below. Microsoft safety scanner finds no virus?

I am Jaspreet Singh.

Microsoft Scanner works in steps.

So at first stage it will detect what may be an infected file and it will add that to a list. This is the number you see when you see the scanner progressing. These are not actual infections, just suspicious files.

Once the scan is done the safety scanner will match the suspected files with the most recent database of threats and then tell you the actual infections on your system. If the last number is 0 it means no actual infection was found.

 

Need help/suggestions to remove this virus. Microsoft Safety Scanner was suggested and tried but it could not remove one

which of course is this Zeus b2957e since it is still there. I am a novice compared to most/all of you so I am up for any help/suggestions.
