About a month ago, I noticed on my new and old laptops that command prompt would briefly flash open on some start-ups before closing immediately, However after trying some virus removal programs I found MSERT Microsoft Safety Scanner and decided to run it, Here's what happened.On my first scan, It appeared to be stuck scanning at the end so I tried closing the program where it then told me nothing malicious was found.Before my second scan, I saw my usual command prompt flash open before using the program, But after letting MSERT scan without trying to close the program, It froze a little whi

Would I just follow the same steps within safe mode after hooking up to the other system?
