Windows 10: Microsoft Safety Scanner stuck at removing thread step

So after 16 hours full scan , MSS say i have 10 infected malware name virus win32 neshta.a so i click repair which is recommended . and now the MSS window just hang on like this https://ibb.co/5RZY4jK. the load green bar just run 1/4 the line and just freeze at there for few hours .. what should i do , should i cancel ?? and rescan only the folder which have the viruss ?? or can i just delete it manually ?? Thank you

which of course is this Zeus b2957e since it is still there. I am a novice compared to most/all of you so I am up for any help/suggestions.

Microsoft safety scanner finds no virus?

Microsoft Scanner works in steps.

So at first stage it will detect what may be an infected file and it will add that to a list. This is the number you see when you see the scanner progressing. These are not actual infections, just suspicious files.

Once the scan is done the safety scanner will match the suspected files with the most recent database of threats and then tell you the actual infections on your system. If the last number is 0 it means no actual infection was found.
