    Microsoft Safety Scanner Unresponding


    Hello, so I was activating the microsoft safety scanner and at the same time, the windows is upgrading and needed to restart the laptop. So, I dumbly stop the safety scanner and then it's stuck for hours not responding to anything and I am postponing the restart because I'm afraid it might worsen the situation pls HELP

    which of course is this Zeus b2957e since it is still there. I am a novice compared to most/all of you so I am up for any help/suggestions.
