Windows 10: Microsoft said I switched out of s mode only to tell me I'm still in it.

I went through the steps the first time to switch out of s mode, microsoft store told me I had too many devices switched out of s mode so I removed a few. I pressed Get and then it said it was working on it... it then says everything is set up or something. I download mozilla firefox and try to run it and the computer tells me it's not a verified microsoft store application. I go through the microsoft store and press get again at the switch out of s mode screen, it says working on it and hangs there. Airplane mode switch not working

Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
• Search for Radio Management Service.
  
• Right-click, then choose Start.

Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".

Switching out of S Mode

I am having trouble switching my laptop out of S Mode. I went through the steps that are listed, and the Windows Store is updated and it won't let me click Get when you go to the screen to switch out of S mode.
