    Hello,I subscribed to Microsoft Visio Plan 1 earlier this year. After realizing that I couldn't use the desktop app I changed my subscription to a Visio Plan 2 subscription.Ever since I made that change I have been charged for both Visio Plan 1 & Visio Plan 2. I have tried cancelling the subscription and it continues to charge me. I have tried working with your automated phone support system and it hasn't given me any resolutions. In fact it seems like the phone system will do anything to not put you in contact with someone who can assist with these issues. This has been going on for month
