Windows 10: Microsoft SaRa cannot run on windows 10.

Unable to run the SaRa on Windows 10 version 1607. When I try the start it, it says "unable to run Microsoft SaRa please try to restart the application, if it still not start please contact Windows administrator". The error massage says "The exception unknown software exception 0xe0434352 occurred in the application at location 0x00000000745BCD42". Please help to chcek it.

it would've been great if microsoft added HEVC decoders, LAV filters along with other codecs with Windows 10, and developing WMP to be better than VLC, KMPlayer and such sorts of media players.

Nevertheless, this is good step for microsoft, by far.

Thanks a lot for your reply.

Like the other uninstallers Revo does not "detect" any references to SaRA.

SaRA is installed and I can easily open/run the program by clicking the icon in the "Microsoft Corporation" folder in the start menu.

Updated important info: I started the program today and it began to auto update. When the update was done " - 1" (with spaces) was added to the program name. I then opened IOBIT Uninstaller (which is the best uninstaller I've tried so far, removing what others can't) and SaRA was listed!

Eagerly I commenced the uninstall process and the process looked good, incl. deleting reg. references. BUT after the uninstall process SaRA is still in the start menu and all the files are still in the same file location. And I can start the program which runs like before.

So, when you suggest to search the registry and remove any entries that reference SaRA how does that lead to the program being uninstalled?

Do you mean that after deleting all references in the registry I then simply delete all the files via Explorer?
