    Microsoft Scanner in Virustotal detects a threat while Defender on local client does not detect


    Hi Guys,My Boss got a phishing email with a trojan maybe ransomware. Strange thing: Neither Exchange Online Protection we have Office 365 E3 nor the Defender on our Clients does detect it. But I opened it with notepad an I see a document.write with some URI encodings. So I uploaded it to virustotal and there it is detected by the "Microsoft" scanner as Trojan:Win32/Phonzy.C!ml. Other Scanners on virustotal.com are detecting it as virus as well.Thats now 2 days ago ans still my local client nor Exchange Online Protection detects it.What differs between MS Defender and the "Microsoft Scann

    Windows Defender Detect threat Trojan:Win32/Pynamer.B!ac

    Hi.

    I encounter that my PC always have notification of Windows Defender that my PC have a threat, this is Trojan:Win32/Pynamer.B!ac.

    It will happen ALWAYS when i open my PC. It always appear on my notification, but after 10secs it will quarantine this threat.

    How to remove this notification/virus on my PC.

    I already Scan my PC using of the following:

    • Malwarebytes
    • Malwarebytes Adwcleaner

    Hope you will help me guys.
