    microsoft screen offering Windows 11 preventing use of laptop.


    On login, I get the microsoft screen offering Windows 11. Normally I click the option Go To Windows 10. However, on a second laptop, the font is set at 125% normal, to allow for someone with poor eyesight. Today, the dreaded microsoft screen has turned up. The prominent options - install or schedule - are visible. However, the proceed to Windows 10 option is not visible, presumably concealed at the bottom of the page. Effectively the computer is locked unless Windows 11 is selected. Both these laptops are on Windows 10. How can I get round this?

    I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

    Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

    Windows 11 compatible but not even offered 21H2??

    I have an HP desktop PC and a DELL laptop and both are suitable for Windows 11 although it has not been offered as yet. Both machines have received the latest Windows updates and are on Windows 10 version 21H1 build 1288.

    1. I am not interested in upgrading to Windows 11 but, if the machines are suitable for Windows 11, why aren’t my machines being offered the upgrade to version 21H2?
    2. Are there issues with 21H2 that caused Microsoft to put an upgrade block on it?
    3. I am happy with version 21H1 and I assume I will not be offered the upgrade to Windows 11 until version 21H2 is installed. Am I right in this assumption?

Specific timing for when it will be offered can vary as we get it ready for you" since January but it's August and still not offered Windows 11 from Microsoft.
