Windows 10: Microsoft script host keeps popping up showing "F"

A process called wdcloud_v2 was causing the issue, I ended the process and deleted a folder, I cannot recall what the folder was name right now but it was something like "yxps". It would run a browser and play random videos in the background, ending the browser process would show a notification that violentmonkey has crashed. I have seen some fixes online but none have ever worked though I hav

Windows Script Host which shows "Can not find script file "C:\Users\Public\Libraries\Checks.vbs"." keeps popping out.

Is there any way to stop it?
