Windows 10: Microsoft sculpt Calculator button not working

Hello,


i just bought the wireless sculpt combo with keyboard, mouse, and calculator for use with my HP work laptop. the calculator button does not work. what am i supposed to do? i searched HPs site and there are no drivers listed for this. nothing happens when i hit the button, but the number keys work. i am using windows 10 64bit version. i need to be able to tell my work's IT exactly what they need to do in order to get this working.

microsoft sculpt ergonomic calculator not working

i bought the microsoft sculpt ergonomic set, mouse and keyboard works perfectly, however the calculator is not working.

The calculator does react when pressing the Calculator button however the actual numbers key doesn't work.

Appreciate your help

 

MS Sculpt Mouse Suddenly Stopped Working.. Help!

I got a Microsoft Sculpt Mouse that has been working for a while. But now the scroll wheel doesnt work. It was working perfectly yesterday. I suspect it to be software related. I tried uninstalling the driver. But that doesnt work. What do you suggest?

1) When you say "change the calculator key on my sculpt keyboard to a different calculator app",
are you referring to any third party application?

2) Also when you say "I was able to do this on my Comfort 5000 model",
what are the steps that you have tried?
