Windows 10: Microsoft Sculpt Comfort H3S-00001 Continuous Double Click Problem Solved

Dear Authorities,I saw that this question has been asked before. However, no solution has been found. I opened this record to solve this problem.I use Microsoft Sculpt Comfort H3S-00001. I used this mouse a lot before and it is a great mouse. Especially the gradual rotation of its wheel that stops is very good. Because other silent wheeled mice of Microsoft usually scroll web pages up and down unintentionally.On the other hand, I had a double-click problem with Microsoft Sculpt Comfort H3S-00001 mice before. The left button double-clicks for a long time. It gets fixed after a few days or weeks

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

Please note that Microsoft sculpt Comfort Mouse has inbuilt Bluetooth and does not require a dongle. Just press and hold the Bluetooth key to turn it on.





You will need to download and install the
Software & Drivers for your Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse. After which, you can follow the steps below to add the mouse to your Laptop:

1. Open Windows Settings (Windows key + I).
   
2. Then click on Devices.
   
3. Then click on Bluetooth & other devices.
   
4. Then click on Add Bluetooth & other devices and add the mouse.
   

If you want a Bluetooth dongle for your laptop, then you will need to check on third party websites or in local stores. Alternatively you can also check with our supplement parts team, if they can help you. You can reach them at:
