Windows 10: Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Mouse Cannot click

I am also having an issue with the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Mouse I just bought this set, and I am disappointed to say that straight out of the box I am unable to use the mouse. I cannot click on anything. I am using windows 10 I have scoured all of the forums and links available in the community and I am still unable to get my left click to work properly and anytime I scroll its jumping so I have to click the side scroll, and when I click it makes the same icon as screen scrolling where its jumping. I have included a photo for reference. This is really disappointing as I previously

I suggest you to get in touch with the Microsoft Hardware
Support to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

I would suggest that you download the Mouse and Keyboard Center 11. You can use it to connect and configure the Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop with your PC.

Sculpt Ergonomic mouse

Hi,

Is it possible to connect a wireless Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic mouse (L6V-00002) with a wireless receptor (the wireless key) from another mouse of the exact same model? I lost my wireless key, but manage to find another from another broken Sculpt Ergonomic
mouse.
