Windows 10: Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop not working

I have a Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop keyboard that it's not working. The problem seems to be that it does not turn on no green light between the space bars. The companion numpad and mouse are working fine. So far I've tried:- Replacing the batteries- Restarting the computer- Uninstalling/Reinstalling drivers- Cleaning the battery contact point on the keyboard.- Plugging the USB receiver in different ports. All work well for the mouse, none works for the keyboard.The sculp keyboard DOES NOT have a turn on/off or reset button. Getting desperate already.Operating system is Windows 10 Hom

I suggest you to get in touch with the Microsoft Hardware
Support to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

I would suggest that you download the Mouse and Keyboard Center 11. You can use it to connect and configure the Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop with your PC.

Try following the instructions on the link below,
