Windows 10: Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Won't Connect to PC

Hello,I have a Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Keyboard set up. I had it connected to my old computer with the USB dongle and it worked completely fine, I then recently got a new PC and when I plug the device in it appears to recognize it but is unresponsive to any input on the keyboard and mouse.It recognizes the dongle as "Microsoft USB Dual Receiver Wireless Keyboard Mouse and Keyboard Center" For the Keyboard and "Microsoft Dual Receiver Wireless Mouse Microsoft and Keyboard Center" because I got the Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse center as the forums suggested.Both computers I tested

I suggest you to get in touch with the Microsoft Hardware
Support to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

I would suggest that you download the Mouse and Keyboard Center 11. You can use it to connect and configure the Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop with your PC.
