Windows 10: Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard - goes to sleep randomly even during use, have to shake...

So I will be using the keyboard normally and if I leave it for a few minutes sometimes even during use it will just stop typing and I will need to give it a slight jolt or shake of some sort. After giving it a nudge the battery indicator light in between the spacebar will light up telling me it is awake again and will immediately start working.Anyone else have this issue and know how i can repair it?There seems to be no way to get support or help from Microsoft at all, I remember when this keyboard was newer back in the day you could have a technician come ghost your computer to run some tests

Support to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

Bluetooth Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard

Is anyone aware if Microsoft is considering releasing bluetooth version of the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard (or Desktop)?

In my opinion, it would be a great step forward for this great product.

 

Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop battery life

Hi!

Some time ago I bought Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Keyboard and Mouse, and I see that battery life less than expected.

I can see that laser on mouse blinking blue after long time of inactivity, so mouse working even if PC turned off for a long time.

I cant find any information in documentation about battery saving.

How can you tell if keyboard and mouse goes to sleep to preserve battery life?

Or even if Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop goes to sleep at all?
