Windows 10: Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard has again malfunction after September/October Windows...

Hello all,after September/October 2022 Windows 11 update we do have again same trouble with MS Sculp Keyboard. This was working properly after I checked it with August 2022 update.Here again the problem description:If USB-dongle of MS Sculpt Keyboard is connected via USB-Hub or Docking Station to PC with Windows 11, then it does not work correctly. It sends a letter – e.g., “a” - continuously if you do not push it so long, till you push any keyboard again. In this case you will see “aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa” in your document.The mouse has also problem – it stopped movement on display over an

• What is the version of Windows installed?
  

I suggest you to get in touch with the Microsoft Hardware
Support to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

Bluetooth Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard

Is anyone aware if Microsoft is considering releasing bluetooth version of the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard (or Desktop)?

In my opinion, it would be a great step forward for this great product.

1. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC?
   
2. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?
   
3. Does the issue occurs while using a specific application or all the applications?
   
4. Is the trans-receiver for the keyboard connected properly to the PC?
   

Meanwhile, you can try re-installing the drivers and Microsoft Mouse and keyboard center for the keyboard and check if that helps. You can download the drivers from the

Microsoft website.
