Windows 10: Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard Missing Keystrokes and Shift commands

My co-worker and I both have the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard and both have experienced dropped keystrokes and missed shift commands for capitalization for quite some time. Is there an update or a way to fix this? It makes the keyboard very frustrating to use at times. The SHIFT command being dropped is very repeatable. I can type "ICe ICe ICe ICe ICe ICe ICe" for example without letting go of the shift key and the third letter is always not capitalized. It even does this with both of the shift keys. We have tried updating drivers and relocating the receiver but have not seen an improve

Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard not registering first keystroke

Purchased Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard 11/2015

After upgrading to Windows 10, Sculpt Keyboard intermittently not registering first keystroke. .

- Replaced battery - no change

- Moved USB/dongle to another port - not change

Any ideas?

 

Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop missing keystrokes

Hi,

I have a Windows Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop that are missing the first keystroke after it has been of use for some time. It is just the first keystroke and then it works normally.

I have Windows 10 Pro version 1709

Is there som kind of fix or setting for this problem?
