Windows 10: Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Wireless Desktop Keyboard stopped working

Have had this keyboard for under 3 months. Tried replacing the batteries. The green light in the center of the split space bar came on briefly. Tried switching the placement of the dongle to the other port. Have no idea why it suddenly stopped working. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

* Original title: Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Wireless Keyboard, Mouse and Number Pad Combo

The keyboard of Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Wireless stopped but the numeric pad and mouse still works. I saw the issue was brought up in the web but did not work for him.

I'd appreciate any help on this problem.

Support to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

I need to obtain one compatible USB for my Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop L5V00001 Wireless Keyboard, the USB got broken and is not working propertly, it split in two parts.

Can I obtain a replacement?
