Windows 10: Microsoft Sculpt Keyboard, mouse and calculator

Up until last week the above was working fine. The keyboard, mouse and the calculator type item were all speaking to the pc. All of sudden the keyboard stopped working but the other 2 items still functioned. After numerous chatting sessions with Microsoft where they gave advise and took control of my pc they, Microsoft could not solve the problem. I ordered and received a new one from Amazon - same model which duly arrived and guess what it did not work either. After contacting Amazon they sent out a replacement and again when it arrived it did not work. I visited my local computer repa

microsoft sculpt ergonomic calculator not working

i bought the microsoft sculpt ergonomic set, mouse and keyboard works perfectly, however the calculator is not working.

The calculator does react when pressing the Calculator button however the actual numbers key doesn't work.

Pairing a new mouse with a Sculpt Keyboard

I need to buy a replacement mouse that will pair with my Sculpt keyboard so that i only need one transceiver. I am not convenienced that buying a Sculpt mouse alone will pair with the keyboard. Any suggestions?

 

Microsoft sculpt Calculator button not working

Hello,

i just bought the wireless sculpt combo with keyboard, mouse, and calculator for use with my HP work laptop. the calculator button does not work. what am i supposed to do? i searched HPs site and there are no drivers listed for this. nothing happens when
i hit the button, but the number keys work. i am using windows 10 64bit version. i need to be able to tell my work's IT exactly what they need to do in order to get this working.
