Windows 10: Microsoft sculpt keyboard, mouse, and number pad- driver needed

I have a Microsoft Sculpt keyboard, mouse, and number key pad. When I plug my USB dongle in, it says "Device Descriptor Request Failed"in the device manager. All of the other posts that request drivers have answers with links - now send you to a random page. How can I fix this problem or find a new driver? I have a Windows 11 64 bit. My system is completely updated. Customer Service directed me back to online support and the online support asked me to sign in - referred to a "link" that never appeared on the screen. I understand that another company is taking this over - but they don't have

Hello Microsoft,

I purchased a Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse, Keyboard, and Number Pad combo. They are wireless have a shared single USB dongle. The Mouse has failed. I am wondering if I purchase a new Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse, can it be compatible with the existing USB dongle, such that I only need on wireless dongle for all three devices?

Number pad that comes with Sculpt wireless keyboard.
