Windows 10: Microsoft Server 2022 License Purchased from TechSoup.org Does Not Work

We purhcased a license for Windows Server Standard 2022 near the top of February. It was delivered through the VLP page of our admin.microsoft portal. The key does not work. We reached out to support at TechSoup who started a ticket with Microsoft's M365 support team. Kerl Athan "Ken" Antonino from Microsoft responded letting me know that we need to start a ticket here and at the Service Hub. The Services Hub is only available to people with paid subscriptions to that service, we don't have that.What can we do to get up and running?

Windows Server license purchase for non-profit

I attempted to purchase 26 windows server user cal licenses through techsoup(nonprofit vendor) and was given the error below. Thing is we haven't purchased licenses in years

The maximum allotment of licenses for this Microsoft product is 50 per two-year cycle.

Issue:

Only get ONE product key

When tring to do server activation for the 1st server, everything is fine.

But, when tring to use the get to activate the other sever, got the below error message.

Error message: "The Product key you entered didn’t work. Check the product key and try again, or enter a different one (0x80070002) & (0xc004f050)"
