    Microsoft servers generating DGA alerts


    We have multiple DGA alerts generated by servers windows 2012. These are configured DCs and we are seeing randomly generated domains with added suffix.After research we got this article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-client/networking/dns-requests-random-network-properties-change?source=docsWhat pattern and how these get generated in the servers? any clue is helpful to isolate these alerts.

    server alert

    Server Alert keeps popping up i.e. "Server Alert - abe11.stream. They want my computer name and password. This shows up on a Microsoft background along with a request for me to call the number listed. What does this mean and is ligit?

    Emergency Alerts

    Hi Stephanie,

    Just to confirm, is this the same thing that you tried on your phone, in order to turn off Amber Alerts?

    • Open Settings.
    • Tap on System.
    • Tap on Messaging.
    • Tap on the Change emergency alert settings link.
    • Turn on or off the emergency alerts you want.

    Let us know if this was the same thing that you tried.

    We would also suggest to reset your phone after doing these steps to ensure that the changes on your phone's settings will be refreshed.

    Simply press and hold the Power and Volume down button for 15 seconds and then release your hold afterwards.
