Windows 10: Microsoft Services seem to be broken entirely

Hi, a few days ago, I've noticed a few weird things on my PC which I'm really frustrated about. Firstly, when I tried logging in to Minecraft, it told me that I was playing offline, even though I was connected to the internet. So I logged out of my microsoft account and tried logging back in. It said that I wasn't connected to the internet as well. So I went to the Xbox app to try and sign in from there. It says I'm not connected from the Internet there! I'm 99% sure it's not my internet issue. I tried deleting and reinstalling the Minecraft launcher. It gives me an error and says Can't instal

Realtek audio broken with update, Also microsoft chat is broken

My audio is ruined with this last update, i've done every step and recommended action listed by microsoft and every suggestion on the first 20 pages of google search. Realtek is no longer showing up anywhere, like microsoft disabled it, microsoft chat is
also broken, requesting to speak with a human brings you to a couple options, all of which are broken and clicking on "chat" closes the window and nothing happens, this is absolutely disgusting, i've spent the last 4 hours trying to get my tablet, my audio,
and microsoft support to work.

Method 1: Run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.

Method 2: I request you to use the Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool.

Follow these steps:

• Open an elevated command prompt.
• Run the "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" command.

Step 1: I would suggest you to reset Windows store cache
and check if it helps. Please follow these steps:

a. Press Windows + R keys to open
run window.

b. Type the following command in run
and press Enter.

wsreset.exe

Step 2: I suggest you to set time and region to US and check if it helps:

• 
  Press Windows + X key
  
• 
  Select control panel
  
• 
  Click on region
  
• 
  Set the region as US.
