Windows 10: "Microsoft SharePoint stopped working."

I get repeated error messages that "Microsoft SharePoint stopped working." I don't know what that is or how to stop it from "not working."Can I uninstall or otherwise remove it?I have discovered that, unbeknownst to me, Microsoft 365 was installed on my computer on January 23. I initially thought that might have had something to do with the error messages, but those messages also pop up on another Windows 10 computer, one which does not have Office or Word installed.I now suspect that maybe it is related to an updated version of One Drive, dated January 25th.This is, of course, just an uneduca

Try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to add the website under trusted sites in Internet Explorer and check if it helps.

Follow:

• Open Internet Explorer
• Click Tools/ Settings at the right top corner of the window.
• Click Internet Options
• Click the Security tab
• Click Trusted sites
• Click Sites
• Click on Add this website to the zone to add the site.
  

Step 2: Change the developer tools to IE 10.

• Open Internet Explorer, access SharePoint 2013
  website.
• Press F12 key from the keyboard, click on Emulation
  tab, select Internet Explorer 10 and check if the issue persists.
