    Microsoft shop won´t let me log in to an account I bought a game on


    Hello,I´m currently dealing with a rather annoying issue- sometime last year I decided to buy Forza Horizon 4. I´d like to install it again. I can´t though- I bought it through my G-mail I checked via Order History on microsoft.com, but Microsoft store WILL NOT let me login WITH my G-mail, hence it DOESN´T LET ME PLAY MY GAME. I have no idea how I fixed it the first time, and I refuse to go through the entire ordeal again- so how the hell do I fix this?Best regards,Radim Ziegler

    microsoft store games won`t play

    when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

    the splash screen appears then goes

    I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

    I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

    register PC with microsoft; use local account to log in

    Just simply log in with your Microsoft Account.
    Switch to Microsoft Account in Windows 10

    Just go back to using a local account:
    Switch to Local Account in Windows 10

    Hopefully the tutorials are step by step enough.
