Windows 10: Microsoft shut down my computer

I couldn't remember my email or password and microsoft shut down my computer for 2 weeks. they just finished doing that about 10 days ago. granted a month ago my emails were hacked into and somebody got a hold of all my credit card and bank info and i did report that to microsoft.* Moved from Bing* OS assumed to be Windows 10

The issue might occur if the computer is not shut down properly. so, I suggest you to perform a power drain by follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Shut down the Computer.
• Remove all power source (including battery if it is a laptop).
• Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.
• Connect the power source and start the computer.
• After the computer boots to the desktop, suggest you to install all the pending updates.

• Did you try to shut down the computer manually by pressing Alt + F4 or Alt + Ctrl + Delete?
• Did you try sign-out from the account and restart the computer?

I suggest you to install all the available update and check if it resolves the issue.

I also suggest you to run the Power troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Power.
