Windows 10: Microsoft Skulpt Ergonomic Mouse

Will there be a dongleless version of the Microsoft skulpt ergonomic mouse that works without the dongle just trough the computers bluetooth?

Microsoft Ergonomic Sculpt Mouse - Quick Movements Cause Incorrect Movements

Please confirm the following things for me.

1. What is the make and model of your system?
   
2. Was there any major change on your system prior to which you were able to use the mouse without any issues?
   
3. Does the issue with the mouse occur when it is used on a different system?
   

I would suggest you to update the driver for your mouse under ‘Mice and other pointing devices’. You can follow the steps in this article on ‘Update
drivers in Windows 10’ and uninstall the mouse driver.

Please visit this link to download and install the driver for your ‘Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse’.
Kindly restart the system and check if this worked out for you.

Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard and Mouse Replacement

I purchased a Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard and Mouse set a couple of years ago. The USB that makes the keyboard and mouse broke. If I purchase the same mouse and USB, will the new mouse work with my keyboard? Is there a universal USB that works with
my wireless mouse and keyboard? Looking for a solution...I love my ergonomic keyboard and mouse set!

 

Sculpt ergonomic mouse make windows won't get sleep

Check if you have previously installed Logitech software.

This may cause the same issue.

If you were not using Logitech mouse/software you can follow below two methods.

Method 1:

Run inbuilt Hardware and Device troubleshooter and check if it works.
Follow the steps given below.

Note: If your computer is having problems with a recently installed device or other hardware, try using the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter to fix the problem. It checks for common issues and makes sure that
any new device or hardware attached to your computer was installed correctly.

1. Press Windows Key +R, type Control Panel.
   
2. Type troubleshooting in the search bar, click on troubleshooting.
   
3. Click on Hardware and Sound, click on Hardware and Devices.
   
4. Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.
   

If the issue persists, follow method 2

Method 2:

I would suggest you to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if it helps. Please refer to the article given below to install the drivers.
