    Microsoft software protection high CPU usage


    This service uses lots of cpu at computer boot and at random times. Is there any way to reduce it? Its literally uses %45 suddenly and my computer hardware heats everytime which is not good for lifespan. Can I disable it from services.msc?I also noticed Windows Explorer itself also uses like %2 cpu ALL THE TIME, I had to close the all windows to reduce it which is clearly not a fix. This two service is related to each other? Why I'm having problems after paying like plenty dollars for a windows 10 license.SFC can solve this issue? How many times I need to do this so SFC can fix it?

    In Windows 10, Microsoft Software Protection Platform Service is using more than 30% of my cpu. I tried the things listed here:

    The first 2 don't work and when I disable it with the 3rd method the cpu usage problem goes away, but a message is displayed in the corner of my screen in gray text saying "Activate Windows Go to Settings to activate Windows" that displays on top of everything else and never goes away. Is there anything I can do other than reinstalling Windows?
