    Hello, yesterday I upgraded my PC by installing a new motherboard a new CPU went from an Intel to a newer AMD, a new CPU cooler, and new GPU. I booted into windows and all was well. Then I realized while my computer is idle my temps spike and it makes my fans speed up and my CPU usage go up. It’s due to Microsoft software protection platform i assume trying to verify either windows or some program. It also happens when I am playing games. I have tried numerous things to resolve this, I have looked at many other Microsoft forums and all over Reddit. The only clue I have is I created a new u
