HI!Is it me or are there CLEAR Microsoft Software Support Gaps for existing Windows Phones in June 2025?For instance Windows Device Recovery Tools FAIL to connect to Microsoft Servers to download and install firmwares to Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows Phone 10 and later devices?In light of the above are there any workarounds or procedures to make malfunctioning Microsoft software running Windows Phone working, as in my case, a Blu Win Jr LTE which has lasted from 2015? will the BLU WIN JR LTE actually get the windows 10 update?

BLU win jr lte has 2 variants :

• BLU win jr lte x130e : launched in India and Europe : has 1gb ram and 8gb internal => Has received the update in the form of TP
  
• BLU win jr Lte x130q : launched in US : has 0.5 gb ram and 4gb internal. => Will not be upgraded to WM10 you need to contact BLU to ask them if they will fulfill their promise, or if they can pay you back

 

Windows device recovery tool with BLU WIN JR LTE

WDRT now supports BLU win jr Lte also you can try using it. I have BLU win jr LTE x130e this was the variant with 1gb ram and 8gb internal, i tried using the WDRT but noticed that Microsoft added the option to select this device but forgot to actually upload
the image for it.

I have seen that the image is available for Blu win jr Lte x130q that was the one launched in the US. I cannot try it since i live in India and i have x130e.
