    Microsoft Solitaire (also Mahjong)

    Microsoft Solitaire (and Mahjong) won't load on my new HP laptop, although it will on an old Dell laptop. I've gone through all the steps suggested from 2015 on, and nothing works. Can Microsoft not fix this? Apparently it's been an intermittent problem
    since 2015.

    Microsoft solitaire and mahjong won't load.

    Well, I am Windows Insider not sure of exactly what build update loaded on my laptop when I lost solitaire and mahjong but, it happen in 2016. I have uninstalled and installed the games, I have used wsreset more than once, I have used DISM /online /cleanup-image
    /RestoreHealth and sfc /scannow and created user account and just installed solitaire still the blue screen comes up for 30 seconds or more then goes out. Now, here is the curve ball Microsoft Sudoku works and upgraded my desktop and using my user account
    Microsoft Solitaire, Mahjong, and Sudoku works. any suggestion!?!

    • What device are you using? What's the make and model of your device?
    • Did you receive any error messages?
    • Did you make any changes prior to this issue?
    • Are you also experiencing this issue on a different game?
