I use my Microsoft Account to write comments on Microsoft Start news feed. My account works fine on my notebook. But using the same account on my samsung galaxy phone will not work. I can sign in and it says I am signed in but when i open a MSN article to comment it has the sign in button and when i click on that it just goes round in loops always telling me to sign in even though in settings it says i am already signed in. samsung phone a20e will not connect to usb c

Those are essentially the same steps I showed in Post #11 for my Samsung phone. It is important after the phone is connected to the PC with a USB cable to swipe from the top of the phone screen to show the notifications.

Take screenshot on your Samsung Galaxy A20e Android 9.0

Note these are the same steps I used to take a screenshot on my Samsung phone.

If you can't connect the phone to your PC with a USB cable then the easiest way to get the screenshots from your phone to your PC is to email them to yourself. I just opened my Gmail account on my phone, created a new email, attached the screenshots to it, and emailed them. When I opened the email on my PC I selected to to download the attachment. Note the attachment was a single zip file with the screenshots inside.
