    xbox one and kinect 360 games

    We recently purchased an xbox one s and the xbox one Kinect sensor. I also purchased my kids xbox 360 Kinect games. Will these games work on the new Kinect one? Do I need to purchase an adaptor? I am so confused. When I search for xbox one Kinect games
    nothing comes up but the xbox 360 Kinect games.

    No scan option for 3D builder in Windows 10 with Kinect v2

    I did a clean install of Windows 10, installed Kinect v2 drivers and SDK. The SDK can see the sensor fine but when I installed 3D builder it doesn't show a "scan" button. It just has "load" and "help" buttons. I'm using the Kinect pc adapter with a console
    version of the Kinect v2 if that is important. Please help me get 3D builder working with my sensor. Thank you.

    Microsoft stops manufacturing its Kinect sensors

    The Kinect sensor was a good idea, but because of competitive pressure to reduce prices Microsoft had to make it an option. It is always more profitable to write software for the lowest common denominator which would be a X-Box without the Kinect sensor.

    - it's now possible to hook up any USB webcam to the Xbox One
    - though the Kinect will remain the superior webcam, bristling with sensors..
    - get one while you still can..
