Windows 10: Microsoft Store act like a virus that stucks download, plz help

No matter what i do, what i try, i can't cancel my downloads, it started when i tried to install MC Dungeons and Human Fall Flat, it didnt work and i learned that it was cuz of Gaming Service, it supposed to be installed but no, cuz i was able to install game before and play them,suddently, i just got errors, i restarted my pc, i did wsreset.exe, i reset MS from settings, i use powershell commands, i did everythings, my download are still stucks, i cancel them, they come back inqueue, i CANT CANCEL THEM, it act like a virus, did MS became a virus?!?.

Hi nokia my phone in a same condition no store, no sotial net plz help me. After hard resetting by three buttons (home,volume,camera) everything gone like ovi store, social, After hard reset went to s/w update and download the Ovi Store which was not in
the listed did the *#7370# still not there plz plz plz help me
