Windows 10: Microsoft store admin blocked

Hello, I recently bought a device. When i try to open Microsoft Store, it says that it's admin blocked, but im the admin. I tried multiple things, but it appears that the app itself is not properly installed, so i opened Powershell and entered this code: Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml"}But, i got this Add-AppxPackage : Error de implementación con HRESULT: 0x80073D01, La directiva ha bloqueado la operación de implementación del paquete. Póngase en contacto con el administrador del sist

The error message Windows cannot find ‘ms-windows-store: PurgeCaches’. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again means that your Microsoft Store is not registered. For us to assist you, we suggest that you follow the steps listed below
to re-register your Microsoft Store:

• Press the Windows button + X.
• Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the command prompt, enter the following command:
  
  PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
• Restart your PC and see if the issue persists.

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store
