Windows 10: Microsoft Store All Owned app list suddenly empty

When I open the Microsoft Store app and go to My Library not a single app is listed. Over the years I have downloaded dozens of apps, both free and paid apps, for Windows 10 on PC, Windows 10 Mobile, Windows Phone 8.1 and older. It is now all missing in my library. The only apps I see are those already installed. Everything else is missing.

Did Microsoft hire Winston Smith to help clean up all traces of the Windows Mobile/Phone era?

Remove non-operable App downloaded from MS App Store, to remove Already Own

Remove App downloaded from Microsoft Store App Store because:

I mistakenly downloaded on PC (MS Surface). When I try to install the app on my phone, it says - already owned. But I cannot get access to, or install it, on the phone. I have tried all steps as suggested in link below.

I can hide the app in my account library on the pc but to no affect on the phone.

The app does not appear on either the PC Application list (in Settings), nor in the phone list of Apps.

I want to install the app on my phone.

Since running the troubleshooter for Windows app didn't work, we suggest resetting Windows Store by following the steps below to resolve your issue:

• Type Apps & features on search box/Cortana and click on it.
• Look for Microsoft Store app and click on Advance options.
• Click Reset button and retest.
