Windows 10: Microsoft store and apps flash on screen and disappear without opening

I have tried all of the options i have found online to correct this problem. I have done all my updates, cleared the store cache, used the troubleshooter for apps which did work a couple weeks ago ran command prompts, did a scan, downloaded media creation tool and reinstalled windows 10 ... nothing has corrected the problem. This is a brand new dell computer that i have had trouble with right from the start. In the beginning i had trouble even getting the computer to work and dell had me install windows 10 new completely erasing all of my information. They will no lon

Method 1:
Windows store Apps troubleshooter:

The Modern app troubleshooter can automatically identify and fix some problems with apps and the Store.

Try to run the Windows store Apps troubleshooter, the steps are mentioned below:

1. Type ‘Troubleshooting’ in the search bar and press Enter.

2. Click on ‘View all’ on the left panel of the ‘Troubleshooting’ window.

3. Click on ‘Windows store app’ and follow on the screen instruction.



If the issue still persists, follow method 2.

Method 2:

I suggest you to follow the below given steps and check if issue is resolved.

• 
  Press Windows key + R key
  to open Run
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and press Enter
  
• 
  Restart the PC and sign in with Microsoft User account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.

App list flash then disappear

strange! When browse app list in the store, scroll down the list, some more app flash for half second then disappear. Pls help.
