Windows 10: Microsoft store and feedback hub won't connect to internet

I'm having trouble launching the microsoft store and the feedback hub. when I try to open microsoft store, it opens tries to load then says "Try that again, page could not be loaded" and gives me the option to report the problem or refresh the page, at the bottom of the page it says: Code: 0x080131500 CV: CV:RPz6szLsYk6FqVqk when I hit refresh the page, it says "Check your connection, Microsoft store needs to be online. it looks like you're not." it gives me the option to refresh the page or check connection. at the bottom of the screen it says: Code:0x80072EFD CV:RPz6szLsYk6FqVqk. when I try to report the problem it opens the feedback hub and just loads and loads and nothing happens, I hit the feed back hub home tab everything works except the sign in button, when I hit that it says "something went wrong, We're having trouble signing you in to feedback hub. please check your connection and try again". I have a good internet connection and can use microsoft edge and anything else that connects to the internet but these refuse to work. I'm fully updated, I've tried resetting the cache with wsreset.exe, I've checked the time, date, and region to make sure they were correct, nothing seems to work. please help.

Microsoft store says I am not connected? I checked yes I am everything is working just fine!

Terminate / Reset / Uninstall Feedback Hub

Windows Key+i > Apps > Click Feedback Hub > Advanced options

Terminate and now check whether Feedback Hub is working or not

If not, Reset and now check whether Feedback Hub is working or not

If not, Uninstall and reinstall from Microsoft Store again

Get back to me if above doesn't work. I will provide further troubleshooting steps.

• What are the troubleshooting steps that you have done in an attempt to resolve the issue?
• Have you tried updating the drivers?
• Do you get any error message when you try to log in to the Feedback Hub? If so, what is the error message?
• Did the issue start to happen after installing the Creators Update?
