Windows 10: Microsoft store and how I messed up

Hello, recently I wanted to clean a bit my computer and I tried to move "Users" folder from C:/ to D:/ which resulted to have been a really bad idea. Many programs crashed, I lost many files but I managed to move the folder back andrescue most of the things. Unfortunately some errors remained.

1. I cannot install Discord as its files are still here and cannot be deleted

2. I cannot login into Microsoft Store, and thus I can't buy anything in the games and I can't use a game I paid for.

Please help me as fast as possible, I tried many things and it's driving me mad.

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

To resolve your concern about Windows Store, we suggest for you to follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
• Type wsreset.exe and press
  Enter.
• Restart the PC, sign in with your Microsoft user account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.

and check.

2. In the
Control Panel window, select Category and then select

3. Click on

5. Click
Next and follow on-screen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
