Windows 10: Microsoft store and S mode

I reset my laptop because it was starting to get beyond slow and when I restarted it, the first thing I tried to do was reinstall Chrome. It told me that I have to turn off S Mode to install it so I went to do that but when I clicked go to the store and it said "You'll need a new app to open this ms-windows-store link" and that's when I began to notice windows store isn't even on my computer. then I noticed I couldn't install anything on my computer without it saying "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation" this means I cant even install PowerShell. I made an admin account but I don't know what to do next. Can someone help me please

Restore Microsoft Store application in Windows 10

After multiple attempts, I managed to get Store open by enabling Developer mode (as suggested by one of the posters here) and running the command "Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}" in Powershell. Not sure if is exactly the solution since I've tried different steps suggested by different users in different forums (including uninstalling Store separately) but hey, I am not complaining!

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store
