Windows 10: Microsoft store and windows update not working error 1053 for starting services. _bkp...

Microsoft Store is not working and Windows update shows windows update is not working please reopen later. The usosvc service, wuauserv is also showing error 1053 when I try to start it manually. Also they have _bkp as their suffix for bits, usosvc and wuauserv . Please provide a fix, and why this happened. I have also done a full computer scan and tried the sfc /scannow it didnt detect any issues. Please help . I use windows 11

Hello, after updating Windows 10 to the latest build, the HUAWEI web modem service does not start, it will not help reinstall Internet Manager, fixing this problem is important to me because I can not use T-Mobile internet (via the program installed on the modem, connect and disconnect to the internet)

The exact error message is : "Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"

Yes, this was the first page I've checked for possible solutions.

edit: from out of nowhere the service is starting again, I got no clue how. For now, the issue is fixed, until it arises again.
