Windows 10: Microsoft Store App cannot be updated. Error Code: 0x80D02017

My problem started when I tried to update the Xbox Game Bar app, which kept failing. I then discovered that there was an update for the Microsoft Store app. I figured this was what was causing the issue with updating the Xbox Gam Bar app, so I tried to update the store app. Well, it would not update either. This started my troubleshooting journey that jas lasted all day and still has not solved the problem.Here are the steps I have already performed MANY times, so if advice is offered, PLEASE make sure it is not something already covered in the list below. Windows Store app error Code: 0x80D02017

Can someone help? When I try to install an app from windows store I get this: Code: 0x80D02017 error. It is a microsoft game which worked before I updated windows 10, but now this happens and I don't know what to do. Thanks

Xbox App and Microsoft store download problems [Error code: 0x80d02017]

When I go to download Ark: Survival Evolved (only ark. everything else works) it gives me the same error code (0x80d02017) on both Xbox app and the Microsoft store. I tell me "There has been an error on our end." I've looked and tried tons of solutions on the web, and nothing has worked. I would appreciate if someone could help me.
