Windows 10: Microsoft Store app not reinstalling--error code 0x80073D05

I uninstalled the Office app from the Microsoft store and am trying to reinstall it. It downloads all the way, but it only installs to 90% before encountering error code 0x80073D05.

I've restarted my computer, reset the Store, and reset the cache with wsreset.exe. I've checked the Microsoft website, articles, and YouTube videos, but none of the solutions there have worked. Are there any solutions you guys can recommend?

The app still shows up in the Start menu for some reason--could the issue be that it was installed by default, so everything went wacky when I uninstalled it?

Other Microsoft Store apps update and install perfectly fine.

I'm running Windows 10 Home, version 1909, build 18363.657. My device is an HP Pavilion 15-cc050wm.

Error Code 0x80073D05 while trying to reinstall Netflix App from the store

I have been trying to reinstall the Netflix App from the store back on my laptop and keep getting the error code 0x80073D05. How do I fix this?

I'm trying to reinstall an app from windows microsoft store (spotify), but keep getting:

Error Code 0X80073D05

Ive already tried all suggested solutions such as:

uninstall and reinstall app

restarting computer various times

waiting a few days

CCleaner

wsreset.exe

Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter

Command Prompt as Administrator. sfc /scannow (scannow found corrupt files but
was unable to fix)

Still the problem is not solved, I still cannot reinstall the app.

Mail not reinstalling with error 0x80073D05

I am running Windows 10.

My mail stopped syncing so I uninstalled it using the following:

get-appxpackage *microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps* I remove-appxpackage

When going to the store to reinstall it I get the following error:

Try that again

Something when wrong

The error code is 0x80073D05 incase you need it.

Any suggestions?
