    Microsoft Store Apps keep signing out if closed? How to fix?


    I recently started using the Microsoft store for my main apps such as Facebook, reddit, discord etc. Anytime I close out put my computer to sleep or off. Then come back the same day or next. It will be logged out. I tried doing research about it but the only troubleshooting steps provided was create a new account. But there is no way I am doing that because I already checked, and my account is signed in and it syncs. So, is it possible that it has something to do with my Edge beta setting that it connects with the apps?I appreciate help given.

    Hi Suzanne,

    There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

    • Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
    • Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions.

    Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

    Update us with the result.
