Windows 10: Microsoft store apps MPEG-2 Video Extension & Webp Image Extensions keeps re-installing...

hi,I have a question. I have two Microsoft store apps MPEG-2 Video Extension & Webp Image Extensions that keeps re-installing when they are already installed in the store. Tried some troubleshooting steps like reset the Store, or the wsreset.exe command, etc. I like to know if this is a bug or a corrupt user account issue.
