    Microsoft store apps updating problem.


    I have been using Microsoft store on windows 10 for a while and never had faced this type of problem. Few days ago, I opened my Microsoft store but was unable to update my apps. When, I clicked on update or download the download doesn't even started. I thought that it is a normal problem and restarted my pc. But even after restarting, it wasn't fixed. Then I tried to repair it and reset it. I also re-signed in and at last I re-installed the ms store but it was not working. Please help me out of this problem.

    Hi James,

    Since running the troubleshooter for Windows app didn't work, we suggest resetting Windows Store by following the steps below to resolve your issue:

    • Type Apps & features on search box/Cortana and click on it.
    • Look for Microsoft Store app and click on Advance options.
    • Click Reset button and retest.

    Update us with the outcome so we can provide you further assistance.
