Windows 10: Microsoft store billing does not work. Infinite black loading screen.

I have been trying to purchase minecraft realms but I cannot get past the "Making sure it's you". I put the right code and a new window appears with a black background and a blue loading circle that spins infinitely. I have tried all the troubleshoot I could find online but nothing seems to work. This is also a problem on the actual store, I cannot buy anything as I cannot get past that page on all items on the Microsoft Store.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
