Windows 10: Microsoft Store broken on Windows 10 - Not launching or even downloading original apps

I need help with trying to fix my Microsoft Store Application itself. For some reason, whenever I click on the Microsoft Store application, it does absolutely nothing. I tried other apps like Camera that comes with Windows 10 pre-installed but none of them wanted to open, no error boxes, no response. Sometimes, they'd show up as if their updating White progress bar below the app but never updates/installs. This progress bar/update thing also includes the Microsoft store. I do not recall a time when I screwed with system files. I've went to try the "wsreset" command in both CMD and PowerShell Along with Administrator mode, none worked and just responded with a box saying "You'll need a new app to open this ms-windows-store link". I've went into apps & features in settings, searched for Microsoft Store and nothing came up. I was thinking I'd be able to terminate In case it was running and reset the app to hopefully fix it, but no. If you know and can tell me any ideas on how to fix this, it'd mean a lot to me. If you need more info about my system, please let me know. Sorry if I don't give enough details about my system, I don't exactly know what to put on here to help out. Thanks!

I understand how it could be when the applications doesn’t work as they are supposed to. We will look into this. However, please reply to the following questions to help you in a better way:

• Are you getting any error message?
  
• Since when are you facing this issue?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made on the computer recently?
  

In the meantime, I suggest you to follow the steps from the article

Windows 10 Tweaks

As you may already know, Windows 10 (as well as Windows 8) allow you to log in with a valid Microsoft account, instead of creating a local account that only works on your machine. However, you may prefer to keep a local account for privacy reasons. If you do, though, some Windows 10 features—like Cortana—may not work. Despite the default behavior, the Windows 10 Store is not one of them. You can still log in to your Microsoft account for just the Store without switching to a full Microsoft account. The process, however, is not terribly obvious. To do so, follow these steps:

• Launch the Store from your Start menu.
• Click the user icon next to the search box.
• Click “Sign-in” from the menu that appears.
• Choose “Microsoft account” and log in like normal.
• When the “Make it yours” box appears do not enter your password. Instead, click “Sign in to just this app instead.”
